Mission: Give hope to Orphan Children and Motivate disadvantaged school children
Project:
1. Help small orphaned children at an Orphanage in Mbour by giving the kids a smile. This involved playing with the kids, assisting in cleaning the environment of the orphanage, Sharing with the children different resources.
2. Another team of students visited under-privileged schools to teach and sensitize them about Mathematics and Science. They shared their experiences and gave hope to the children then shared stationery

For the Scholars at school, they participated in community work at Pouponnierre de Mbour, an orphanage center with young children. They helped in cleaning the environment, interacting and playing with the kids to give them a smile. It was quite a wonderful and impactful day.
Another group reached out to a remote secondary school near the capital city -Dakar. They taught mathematics and inspired the students on benefits of pursuing Mathematics by sharing approaches of overcoming challenges to pursuing Mathematics. They finally shared stationary with the students as a way of motivation.
Other activities by students who were doing their internships in their respective countries but still Mastercard scholars in 2017/2019 cohort joined Chana gulu Charity to help the poor and disabled with basic necessities in Uganda.
